Fillies, Fellas and Fish – Celebrity Chef Demonstration Night at The Torch Theatre, Milford Haven - 27/06/2013

Join us for a lively evening of tales, tastes and techniques, as our line up of highly acclaimed chefs show off their passion for cooking great British fish. Whilst telling stories of their days adventures both sea and fly fishing, they will transform their catch into delectable dishes.

TV presenter and cookery writer Ravinder Bhogal and One Show regular and proprietor of one of the Uk's top 10 cookery schools Angela Gray, will take on Stephen Terry - Saturday Kitchen regular and chef proprietor of the Michelin starred The Hardwick and food writer Tim Maddams, a previous head chef of River Cottage and a regular on the TV series, in a fun battle of the sexes as they take part in their own ‘fish fight'. Supported by Channel Fisheries.

Hosted by broadcaster, food writer and restaurateur Simon Wright, this will be a night not to be missed. Proceeds to The Casting for Recovery Cancer Charity.
