If you like great fresh fish and shellfish, to eat and to cook - you’re in for a treat! Tuck into the freshest local produce at the county's restaurants and pubs, from local lobster to fresh crab salads and seafood extravaganzas, taster menus to seafood tapas, a foraged picnic or good old beer-battered fish with hand-cut Pembrokeshire chips.  There is plenty to choose from a seaside lunch to sophisticated evening meal. (2016 events, coming soon).

There are also lots of opportunities for keen cooks to learn how to get the best out of their fish and shellfish in a variety of demonstrations and master classes with top chefs. Last year's line-up included Bryn Williams, Paul Rankin, Tim Maddams, Will Holland and Guy Morris as well as fish filliters Duncan and Sue Lucas and Nick Bryant.

From a relaxing evening trip on the Cleddau to adrenalin assured outdoor adventure there are plenty of ways for you to experience Pembrokeshire’s breathtaking coastline. Try eco fishing adventures in a kayak, coasteering, a taster session in sailing at Saundersfoot’s Festival of The Sea, or catch your supper on a mackerel fishing trip. (2016 events, coming soon).

If you’re bringing the family, or looking for some fishy frolics, no squidding Fish Week is Skate! There’s so much fun in store! Explore crystal clear rock pools and find out what lives on our beaches in seashore safaris. Learn how to surf and fish, take part in seaside sports, make some wonderful creations in beach-inspired art and craft workshops.
