Welcome to the Pembrokeshire Fish Week
Wales finest, friendliest, funkiest fish festival!

If you like great fresh fish and shellfish, to eat and to cook - you’re in for a treat! Tuck into the freshest local produce at the county's restaurants and pubs, from local lobster to fresh crab salads and seafood extravaganzas, taster menus to seafood tapas, a foraged picnic or good old beer-battered fish with hand-cut Pembrokeshire chips. There is plenty to choose from a seaside lunch to sophisticated evening meal. Click on Feast on Fish 2014 to find out more about the foodie events that are on offer in 2014.
There are also lots of opportunities for keen cooks to learn how to get the best out of their fish and shellfish in a variety of demonstrations and master classes with top chefs. Last year's line-up included Stephen Terry, Angela Gray, Tim Maddams, Ravinder Bhogal, Anand George and Guy Morris as well as fish filliter Nick Bryant.
From a relaxing evening trip on the Cleddau to adrenalin assured outdoor adventure there are plenty of ways for you to experience Pembrokeshire’s breathtaking coastline. Try eco fishing adventures in a kayak, coasteering, a taster session in sailing at Saundersfoot’s Festival of The Sea, or catch your supper on a mackerel fishing trip.
